Throughout his career, Rob has enthusiastically been drawn to DTC Analytics and Digital Marketing. At Guthy|Renker he founded the MP&A (Marketing Planning & Analysis) department which developed the company’s approach to LTV, reporting, CPO allowables, media mix and more.  This served as the foundation for G|R’s evolution into practicing data driven decision making. Previously, he worked at 1-800-FLOWERS.com and Bookspan (Time Warner/ Bertelsmann). In 2012 he was honored with the DMEF “Rising Star” award.

18 Years of Direct Experience.
Jason’s specialty is merging marketing and operations together so brands can scale and profit. With a 13-year career at Guthy|Renker, Jason was a distinguished brand marketer with innovations including product customization programs, then went on to found the Marketing Operations and Omni-Channel Marketing departments with a special focus on business rules and online testing. Previously, Jason worked in professional political fundraising and in marketing for an asset management firm.

Ed came to Directade after an international assignment as Business Director for Publicis London. During his 10 years of leading growth on Procter & Gamble business for Grey and Publicis, Ed worked across 5 different billion dollar brands in snacks, fabric enhancers, oral care, OTC healthcare and vitamins covering all levels – local, regional, and global. Ed managed holistic communication across 6 multi-discpline agencies within Publicis Groupe. After P&G, Ed then led advertising development for UK automotive brands and a global corproate healthcare branding campaign.
